CMPA Baby App – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the CMPA Baby App ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This application is licensed, not sold, to you.

Your use of the App is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference.

Subscriptions & Payments

CMPA Baby App offers paid access through Apple In-App Purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions and, where available, a one-time purchase option.

Key information regarding subscriptions:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings:
    Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

CMPA Baby App does not manage payments directly. All billing and subscription management is handled by Apple.
